Este LEGO tem 321 peças, o que o torna uma construção rápida e divertida, e representa um dos monumentos mais célebres da historia. Desenhada e construida por Gustave Eiffel com 324 metros de ferro, a Torre Eiffel, foi construida como arco de entrada da Exposição Universal de 1889 para celebrar o 100o aniversario da Revolução Francesa. Durante sua construção, os 18.038 elementos de ferro forjado que formam a estrutura de treliça da torre foram aparafusados na fábrica de Eiffel na periferia de Paris, antes de serem transportados para o local, montados por gruas a vapor operando a partir do poço do elevador e montados usando nada menos que 2,5 milhões de rebites individuais. A estrutura foi construída extremamente rígida e resistiu ao longo dos anos a tempestades, inundações e tudo que a natureza lhe tem infligido. A Torre Eiffel é hoje um dos monumentos mais famosos do mundo, atraindo a cada ano milhões de visitantes curiosos de todo o mundo. é mesmo o monumento pago mais visitado no mundo!!!
This LEGO has 321 pieces, which makes it a fast and fun building, and represents one of the most famous monuments in history. Designed and built by French entrepreneur, Gustave Eiffel, the original 324-meter-tall masterpiece of wrought iron engineering formed the grand entrance to the 1889 World’s Fair, held in Paris to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the French Revolution. During construction, the 18,038 wrought iron elements making up the tower’s lattice structure were bolted together at Eiffel’s factory on the outskirts of Paris, before being transported to the site, hoisted into place by steam-powered cranes operating from the elevator shafts, and assembled using no less than 2.5 million individual rivets. The resulting structure was extremely rigid and over the years has withstood storms, floods and everything else mother nature has thrown at it. Today, The Eiffel Tower is one of the world’s most popular landmarks, attracting millions of curious visitors from around the world each year. It's even the most visited paid monument in the world !!!
